Memory Capsules
What is saved after a ritual, the Memories screen, and how the free preview differs from the Premium archive.
A Memory Capsule is a post-ritual summary. It can include resonance moments and mutually revealed Private Pulse moments.
What Gets Saved

| Duration | Ritual completion recorded timing. |
| Total answered | Ritual completion recorded the answered count. |
| Language | The ritual language. |
The Memory Capsule does not save every answer as written text, because normal rounds never collect typed answers. It records the shared moment metadata and the prompt text.
End of Session View
After completion, Bonded shows a Memory Capsule view. If there are no resonance or revealed pulse moments, it shows an empty state explaining that the conversation still happened.
The Memories Screen
Open Home > Memories > See all. It shows:
- A summary: capsules, shared moments, and private pulses.
- Filters for All, Resonance, and Private Pulses.
- Every saved capsule, newest first, with a Show more control on long lists.
The saved archive requires active Premium. Free accounts see a preview on Home and an upgrade prompt.
Guest Web Summary
Web guests see a completion screen with:
- Questions answered.
- Shared moments count.
- Memory Capsule cards if available.
- A prompt to download Bonded for the full experience.
Memory Capsule Troubleshooting

PREMIUM_REQUIRED | The saved capsule archive is a Premium feature. | Start or restore Premium, or view the immediate post-ritual summary. |
CAPSULE_NOT_FOUND | The capsule does not exist or is not connected to your account. | Go back to the list and open a visible capsule. |
| No shared moments | No prompt was flagged by both people, and no Private Pulse was mutually revealed. | Play another ritual and flag moments that land for both of you. |
| Missing partner name | The partner joined as a web guest or has no username. | Bonded shows a generic name such as "Bonded friend" or "Guest from [date]". |
| Web guest cannot find a saved capsule later | The web guest flow is lightweight and optional-email based. | Download Bonded and use an account for the full saved experience. |
